Q - Do you ship worldwide?

A - Yes, absolutely!

Q - What's your turnaround time? Shipping times?

A - You can expect your items to ship out from our studio in 3-7 business days. From there, if your order is domestic (within U.S.), you should receive your package within 3-5 business days after shipment. For international orders, delivery times are estimated to be 10-21 business days, but delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs.

Q - I have an issue/question with my order

- We would love to help you! Email hello@lionandthelamb.co with any issues or questions regarding your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

Q - Do you ever have sales?

- Yes! Be sure to follow our instagram (@lionandthelamb.co) to be up to date on our sales.

Q -  Can I return/exchange/cancel/change my order?

A - We do not accept returns or exchanges. Verify your order, sizes & shipping times before checkout completion. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please let us know! We would like to make it right.

Orders can be canceled/modified within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email about it and we'd be glad to help you! Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Q - I love your mission. Can you tell me more?

A - Absolutely! We have partnered with the Second Chances Dream Center to make a bigger impact for our community and His kingdom. For every purchase, we fund a number of grocery bags to be distributed at the Second Chances Dream Center, a ministry serving the homeless in Tampa, Florida. And when you shop, you can choose how many grocery bags to donate! Here's how it works:

one sweatshirt = 5 grocery bags donated

one tee = 3 grocery bags donated

one jewelry item = 3 grocery bags donated

So, let's say you order 2 tees, and 1 necklace. Your order funds 9 grocery bags to be donated to those in need in the Tampa area. That means 9 people are provided with fresh produce, meat, cereal bars, snacks, etc. It's the most guilt-free way to shop! :)
