Q - Do you ship worldwide?
A - Yes. If your address is accepted at checkout, then we can deliver to you. You can verify this at checkout before placing the order.
Q - What's your turnaround time? Shipping times?
A - Depending on our drops, the time between order placement and the order being shipped may be different due to production times, pre-orders, etc. Please refer to the product description to see if there is a specific shipping timeframe for your pieces.
If your order is domestic (within U.S.), you should receive your package within 6-10 days of placing an order. For international orders, delivery times are estimated to be 10-21 business days with expedited options between 3-7 days, but delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs.
Q - I have an issue/question with my order
A - We would love to help you. Email hello@lionandthelamb.co with any issues or questions regarding your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
Q - Do you ever have sales?
A - Because we are a small design house and have a big emphasis on giving back to those in need with every purchase, we do not offer sales often. Keep an eye out for emails with occasional sales on pieces.
Q - Can I return/exchange/cancel/change my order?
A - We do not accept returns or exchanges. Verify your order, sizes & shipping times before checkout completion. However, if your product has arrived damaged or defected, please let us know so we can help you.
Orders can be canceled/modified within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email about it and we'd be glad to help you. Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
Q - I love your mission. Can you tell me more?
A - Absolutely. We have partnered with the Second Chances Dream Center to make a bigger impact for our community and His kingdom. For every purchase, we fund a number of grocery bags to be distributed at the Second Chances Dream Center, a ministry serving the homeless in Tampa, Florida. This is how it works:
1 sweatshirt/hoodie = 5 grocery bags donated
1 tee/hat = 3 grocery bags donated
